Born October 7, 2002 in Prague, Czech Republic to parents Pernille and Jesper Helt. The Danish-native is already one of the most promising soccer talents in New Jersey.

Upon moving  to the U.S. when she was 1,  Helt played for the elite Players Development Academy soccer club and is a prospect for the Danish national team.

​

Helt could easily exclusively stick to soccer. At the age of 16, Liva is already committed to play in the Ivy League at Columbia University for Division 1 soccer.

​

Liva enjoys breaking the stereotype of women in sport and recently joined the all boys Red Bank Regional football team this season as a kicker.
